Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that this appeal was directed against one injunction order dated 21.09.2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge No.2, Kamrup(M), Guwahati, in Title Suit No.100/2014, wherein the learned Trial Court has granted status quo until further order. Mr. Roy, further submits that the appellant herein is not willing to pursue this appeal and he further submits that let the status quo order be allowed to continue till disposal of the suit, and as the title suit is pending for more than 11 years, a direction may be issued to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the title suit as soon as practicable. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection in the event of closing this appeal with a direction to dispose of the title suit in a time bound manner. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this appeal stands closed with a direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the Title Suit No.100/2014 as soon as practicable, preferably within a period of 4(four) months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned Trial Court within a period of 10(ten) days from today.
