By this application the petitioner has challenged the order dated 11.08.2015 Page No.# 2/2 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati in C.R. Case No. 1817c of 2015 directing the Officer-In-Charge of the Dispur Police Station to register the said complaint as a First Information Report under the proper sections of law and in pursuance to the same First Information Report was lodged. During the hearing of the instant petition, Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned APP places an instruction that the investigation has resulted in final report being Dispur F.R.
