Accordingly, he submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous. The said prayer is not objected to by Ms. Tinlung, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. R M Das, learned Standing counsel, Water Resources Department and Mr. N Das, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No. 8.
