The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners, on instruction, submits that the petitioners seek to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to approach the appropriate statutory authority for the self-same reliefs on similar grounds. 2. In such view of the matter, WPO 907 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the writ petitioners to move the appropriate statutory 2 forum with a challenge against the self-same order as well as subsequent connected orders, if any, on the self-same grounds as taken in the present writ petition as well as further grounds, if the writ petitioners so deem fit and proper. 3.
