As can be seen from the proceeding sheet dated 08.07.2025, the matter was adjourned to enable the learned counsel for the petitioners to contact the writ petitioners observing that this Court had already granted sufficient opportunities to the petitioners. On the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, a final opportunity was granted to the petitioners to make alternative arrangements, with a clear observation that, in the event of failure to do so, the Writ Petition would be dismissed for non- prosecution on the next date of hearing. 2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, nor has any request been made for further adjournment. Ms.B.Sravani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests is in attendance. 3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, and as the petitioners have failed to prosecute the matter despite sufficient opportunities, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
