1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
3. Mr. B.P. Das, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly contended that in the meantime and during pendency of the Writ Petition, Petitioner has been extended the benefit of RACP and he has no grievance with regard to such claim.
4. However, it is contended that Petitioner is entitled to get the revised pay scale because of extension of the benefit of RACP.
4.1. It is also fairly contended that Petitioner be permitted to make a fresh application before Opp. Party No.5 for consideration of his grievance with regard to revision of his scale of pay and Opp. Party No.5 be directed to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time period.

5. Considering the submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to make a fresh application before Opp. Party No.5 for extension of the benefit of revision of the scale of pay.
6. It is observed that if any such application is moved within a period of three (3) weeks hence, Opp. Party No. 5 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such application. The order so passed by Opp. Party No. 5 be communicated to the Petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
