Sarangi, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the Opp. Party-Bank produced the result sheet of the Petitioners in the sealed cover. The same after being opened, it was found that none of the Petitioners have qualified in the test for their promotion from Scale II to III. The result sheet be kept in a sealed cover as before. 4. In view of the result sheet so produced and since none of the Petitioners have qualified, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the Petitioners contended that the writ petition be treated as not pressed. 5.
