As per the settlement, the total lump sum amount payable to respondent No. 1 is Rs. 15,50,000/- including the amount of Rs. 8,25,000/- stands already received by respondent No. 1. 3. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as settled between the appellant and respondent No. 1 and an amount of Rs. 7,25,000/- be released in favour of respondent No.1 after deducting court fee in terms of award. The balance amount, if any, along with interest shall be released in favour of the appellant/insurance company.
