On 23.07.2026, although no counsel had appeared on behalf of the Parties, report had been called for from the learned trial Court regarding status of the suit. 4. Today, also none appears for the Parties. 5. Report dated 29.07.2026 of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division)-Cum-JMFC, Athamallik has been received, where it is stated that Civil Suit No. 65 of 2013 has been disposed of on 20.01.2024. 6. In view of the disposal of the civil suit, nothing remains to be decided in this CMP, which is accordingly dismissed. 7. Interim order stands vacated and Misc.
