Opposite Party None CORAM: THE HON’BLE MISS JUSTICE SAVITRI RATHO Order No. ORDER 30.07.2026 06. (Through Hybrid Mode) 1. The CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 24.08.2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pipili in C.S. No. 60 of 2003 / 56 of 1985 (Annexure-6) allowing the application filed by the plaintiff under Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC for amendment of the plaint. 2. On 29.10.2015 while issuing notice, this Court had stayed further proceeding in the suit. 3. When the matter was listed on 22.07.2026, as no counsel appeared on behalf of any of the parties, the matter had been adjourned to today and the report had been called for from the learned trial Court. 4. Today also none appears on behalf of the parties but report has been received. 5. Perused the report dated 29.07.2026 of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)-Cum-J.M.F.C., Pipili where it is stated that C.S. No.60-56 of 2003-1985 has been dismissed for default of the plaintiffs on 14.03.2023. 6.
