The petitioner, by way of the present petition, seeking quashing of panel prepared by respondent No. 4 dated 07.03.2015, pursuant to the communication dated 11.02.2015, by which the merit list has been prepared by ignoring the Advertisement Notification dated 12.07.2011, in which the petitioner figures at Serial No. 1. The petitioner has also sought a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and engage him as an RET Teacher at New Primary School, Mohalla Sheikhan, Village Lohil Bella. 2. The present petition has been listed on 19.03.2015, 20.03.2015, 31.03.2015, 01.05.2015, 10.07.2015 and 29.12.2025; however, till date, notice has not been issued. On the last three consecutive dates of hearing, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, when the Sr. No. 19 2 matter was taken up for consideration, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is, thus, evident that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present writ petition. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution. SWP No. 1468/2013: 1.
