This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 08.12.2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Puri in Civil Suit No.50 of 2014, rejecting the application of the Petitioner filed under Order 13, Rule 10 of the CPC, to call for documents. 2. Notice had been issued in the matter on 12.01.2016 and further proceeding in Civil Suit No.50 of 2014 pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Puri had been stayed. Therefore, the matter has been sent to the Orissa High Court Mediation Centre. Report dated 10.10.2025 of the Mediator reveals that both parties were absent for which the mediation was declared to be unsuccessful. 3. The Opposite Parties have not appeared in spite of service of notice. 4. Ms. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that she does not have instructions if the suit is still pending. 5. Considering the fact that the CMP is pending since the year 2015, it can safely be presumed that in the meanwhile the suit has been disposed of. 6. The CMP is accordingly dismissed. 7.
