Petitioner in this Writ Petition seeks to assail the order dated 22nd March, 2015 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Member, Board of Revenue in OEA Revision Case No.11 of 2009 initiated under Section 38-B of the Odisha Estate Abolition Act, 1951. 3. The matter has been listed today for consideration of IA No.16913 of 2025 filed by the Petitioner along with Opposite Party Nos.1(a) to 1(c) and 3(a) to 3(c). Rest of the Opposite Parties are not parties to the compromise petition. An objection has been filed by Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, Puri to the interim application for compromise. Mr. Misra, learned Senior Advocate, in course of hearing, submits that interest of justice will be best served if the Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed to enable the Petitioner to move an application before Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, Puri under Uniform Policy, 2003. 5. Mr. Baral, learned counsel for Opposite Party Nos.1(a) to 1(c) and 3(a) to 3(c) submits that Opposite Party Nos.1(a) to 1(c) and 3(a) to 3(c) shall neither file any application under the Uniform Policy, 2003 nor they will object to the application, if any, filed by the Petitioner. 6. In view of such submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the contentions made in the writ petition as well as interim application No.16913 of 2025 for compromises, disposes of the writ petition as not pressed, with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may move Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, Puri under the Uniform Policy, 2003. It is made clear that this Court has neither interfered nor made any observation on the merit of the order passed under Annexure-1, which is impugned herein. 7.
