Mr. Meharban Singh, learned AAG appearing on behalf of the respondents has drawn the attention of this Court to the order/judgment dated 10.07.2015 passed by the learned Writ Court, whereby the writ petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to implement the recommendation made by the committee in its letter and spirit, strictly in accordance with the rules, and to pass an appropriate consideration order within a period of two months from the date the certified copy of the order, along with a copy of the writ petition and its annexures, was made available to them. He further assures this Court that the order/judgment passed by the learned Writ Court if the same has not been complied with as on date, the same shall be complied within a period of one week. 2. In view of the assurance extended by Mr. Meharban Singh, learned AAG appearing on behalf of the respondents, no fruitful purpose would be Sr. No. 37 2 CPSW No. 495/2015 in SWP No. 2000/2015 served to keep the instant contempt petition alive. Accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to comply with the order/judgment passed by the learned Writ Court mentioned (Supra), within one week, in case the same has not already been complied with. 3. In view of the assurance extended, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. However, it is made clear that the disposal of the instant contempt petition shall not preclude the petitioner from seeking its revival in the event the order/judgment is not complied with within the aforesaid period granted by this Court. 4.
