1. The record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 10.12.2025 and 23.02.2026. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 06.05.2026, it was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr. Atul Verma, learned counsel appearing vice Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instructions from his clients. In the aforesaid backdrop, an inference can be drawn that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the instant petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
