1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appeared for the Petitioner when the matter was called. Heard Mr. C.K. Pradhan, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the State-Opp. Party and Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for Opp. Party No. 2.
3. Considering the fact that the writ petition was filed seeking direction on the Opp. Party to regularize the services of the Petitioner and in the meantime, Petitioner as found from the cause title has already attained the age of superannuation, it is the view of this Court that with efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
