Order No
ORDER 02.07.2026
4. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Mr. Pritam Pradhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. J.P. Parida, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that Petitioner in the meantime has died.
4. However, considering the fact that the order of suspension so passed in the year 2015 is under challenge and the Petitioner has died in the meantime, it is the view of this Court that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions stands disposed of having become infructuous.
