01. During pendency of this petition due to subsequent developments, the cause and purpose of the contempt petition has been rendered infructuous but a thin hope of the petitioner that an outcome from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India related to ReT matters may be providing a scope for petitioner to pursue his cause.
02. Whether that option would be available to the petitioner is for the petitioner to figure out but, nevertheless, this Court dismisses this contempt petition as having been rendered infructuous with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner that in case, pursuant to the final verdict of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the petitioner would reckon that the cause of action which led Serial No. 17 Regular List

him to come up with the present contempt petition gets re-birth, then a motion for seeking restoration of the contempt petition can be filed by the petitioner providing the same is done within a period of 90 days from the date of verdict of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
