In this petition, the petitioner is seeking writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 06.11.2015, issued by respondent No. 3, whereby, an earlier order passed on 11.07.2014, for shifting of AWC Warli Mohalla Dhanidar was kept in abeyance. This petition was considered on 21.11.2015 when this Court, while issuing notice to other side, has stayed the operation of order dated 06.11.2015 was along with order dated 11.07.2014. 02. This petition has not come up for consideration thereafter. No steps have been taken by the petitioner to get it listed. It appears that pursuant to interim directions passed by this Court, the respondents may have settled the matter. 03. Today, when the case was called out for hearing, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition. 04. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s). 05. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
