In this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, sought a writ of certiorari for quashing advertisement notice No. 02 of 2014 dated 30.12.2014. This petition was taken up for consideration on 06.02.2015, when this Court issued notice to the respondents for appearance but did not pass any interim direction to stay the impugned advertisement notice. 02. In that view of the matter, selection process initiated by the Service Section Board in the year 2014 has culminated in the selection and appointment of various candidates who are not before this Court. Otherwise also, with the efflux of time, this petition has been rendered infructuous. 03. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
