Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of the order dated 06.09.2013 passed by the writ court whereby the respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed in SWP No. 788/2010. 2. Pursuant to the aforesaid direction of the writ court, it seems that the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and passed consideration order bearing No. 169-JKPCC of 2024 dated 25.10.2024. Vide the said order, the respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioner on the ground that the writ petitioner in SWP No. 780/2010 namely Muzaffar Ahmad Rangrez has not been promoted to the post of Field Inspector as he was not found P a g e | 2 CPSW No. 83/2015 In SWP No. 715/2010 eligible on account of lack of requisite educational qualification. It has been submitted that since the petitioner is seeking parity with Shri Muzafffar Ahmad Rangrez, as such, the claim of the petitioner is also not justified in the eyes of law. 3. Vide order passed by the writ Court, the respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in Muzaffar Ahmad Rangrez’s case. Shri Muzaffar Ahmad Rangrez has not been promoted and on that ground, the petitioner has also not been found entitled to promotion. Accordingly, consideration order has been passed by the respondents. If at all the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the same, he is at liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal remedy. 4. Once the respondents have considered the claim of the petitioner and passed detailed consideration order, the order of the writ Court stands complied with.
