Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party Nos. 1 & 2. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that even though an application was filed seeking review of the order passed under Sec. 7-B of the Act, but the same was rejected on the ground of delay vide the impugned order dtd.30.06.2015 under Annexure-7. 3.1. It is contended that since along with the review application, an application for condonation of delay was also filed under Annexure- 6, the review application could not have been rejected on the ground of delay. 4. Mr. B. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the Commissioner on the other hand contended that since in the Act itself, there is no such Page 2 of 2. provision for condonation of delay. no illegality or irregularity can be found with the impugned order. 5. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties, considering the submission made and since it is not disputed that there is no such provision for condonation of delay in making an application under the provisions of EPF Act, this Court finds no illegality or irregularity with the impugned order. 5.1. It is open for the Petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the original order passed under Sec. 7-A of the Act. 6. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
