Nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing and same is the position today. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the matter. 02. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. CPSW No. 358/2015 04. This contempt petition arises out of the interim order dated 11.06.2015 passed in SWP No. 1780/2015. Since the main Serial No. 30 Regular List 2 SWP No. 1780/2015 writ petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution, the interim order dated 11.06.2015 has also lost its efficacy. 05.
