Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of order dated 02.03.2012 passed by learned writ court whereby the respondents were directed to conclude the selection process initiated vide advertisement notice that was annexed to the writ petition in accordance with rules and guidelines occupying the field. 02. Statement of facts stands filed by the respondents. It has been submitted that prior to passing of the aforesaid order by the writ court, the selection process was annulled in terms of Government Order No. 272-SWD of 2009 dated 15.12.2009 because of the certain complaints with regard to the irregularities in the selection process. 03. It has been further submitted that fresh advertisement notice was issued on 12.01.2010 in which the petitioner also Regular List Sr. No. 35 2 CPSW No. 386/2015 participated but the selection process came to a halt because some of the candidates approached this Court and the selection process was stayed. 04. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it cannot be stated that there has been any willful default on the part of the respondents to conclude the selection process. No case for proceeding against the respondents is made out. 05. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has also challenged the fresh advertisement notice by way of the writ petition. This order shall not have any bearing upon the said writ petition. 06. The petition is disposed of, accordingly.
