HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU Case: SWP No.815/2015 Rinku Devi & Anr. …..Petitioner(s) Through: None. Vs State & Anr. .…. Respondent(s) Through: None. Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE ORDER 27.02.2026 1. The petitioners, through the medium of present writ petition, have sought a direction upon respondents to consider them for viva voce, relating to selection to the post of FMPHW/ANM, pursuant to the advertisement notice dated 23.02.2013. 2. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners today. It appears that, with the lapse of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and for this reason, the petitioners are no longer interested in prosecuting this petition. 3. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non- prosecution. (Sanjay Dhar) Judge Jammu 27.02.2026 Sneha Serial No.42
