Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of order dated 08.04.2013 passed by the writ court, whereby the respondents were directed to accord consideration to the case of the petitioner in terms of Annexures-B & C attached to the writ petition and having regard to the rules occupying the field. 02. The respondents have come up with the compliance report in which it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner was examined by the Department and rejected vide Government Order No. 125-Edu.of 2014 dated 06.02.2014. It has been further submitted that the petitioner challenged the consideration order dated 06.02.2014 by way of another writ petition bearing SWP No. 3374/2014, which came to be disposed of by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2014 whereafter the case of the petitioner was again Regular List Sr. No. 47 2 CPSW No. 301/2015 in SWP No. 3374/2014 considered and rejected vide Government Order No. 110-Edu of 2016 dated 01.04.2016. 03. Having regard to the fact that the order, which is subject matter of the present contempt proceedings, has been complied with by the respondents, pursuant to which the consideration order dated 06.02.2014 came to be issued by the respondents which has become subject matter of challenge in another writ petition filed by the petitioner, the present contempt proceedings do not survive and the same are accordingly closed.
