Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the main writ petition stands disposed of, in terms of judgment dated 07.02.2020 against which the respondents have already filed LPA. 03. Having regard to the fact that the interim order out of which the present contempt petition arises has merged with the final judgment passed by the writ court, as such, the contempt proceedings do not survive and the same are, accordingly, closed. The contempt petition is disposed of.
