A joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 duly signed by the petitioner and Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 along with their duly sworn in affidavits has been handed over today in the Court. The same is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present dispute has already been settled with Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6. 3. He submits that the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of ₹4,00,000/- to each of the respondents noted above, along with the amount which is lying deposited with the Registrar General of this This is a digitally signed order. The cheques for a sum of ₹4,00,000/- each, bearing No. 874905, 874907, 874908, 874909 & 874910 all drawn on the Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited, Vasant Vihar, Delhi, dated 03.08.2026 in the name of Respondent Nos. 1,2,4,5,6 have been handed over to them in Court today. 5. Learned counsel for the parties further agreed that the amount lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Court along with all accrued interest can be distributed amongst Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 in equal proportion. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in regard to Respondent No. 3, they are not pressing the present petition and Respondent No. 3 is free to take all remedies in accordance with law. 7. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of and the impugned order dated 12.02.2014 is set aside in regard to Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6. 8. The Registry is directed to release the amount deposited pursuant to order passed in the present case in favour of the Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 in equal proportion along with all accrued interest after verifying their identities. 9.
