Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2014 (Annexure No.13 to this writ petition) within a period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.1 to provide all consequential benefits of services to the petitioner." 4. From perusal of the representation dated 21.08.2014, it appears that the service of the petitioner on the post of Peon/Chainman was terminated vide order dated 10.03.1998, against which the petitioner moved a representation without challenging the order dated 10.03.1998.
