ORDER : I.A. 11167/2015 (by the plaintiff for withdrawal of the suit) 1. Notice could not issue on the application for want of process fee. However, appearance is entered by the counsels for the defendant No.1, defendants No.18 to 20 and defendants No.21 to 24. 2. The present application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to withdraw the present suit on the ground that in view of his health condition and family engagement, he is unable to pursue the present suit any further. 3. Counsels for the defendants states that they have no objection to the prayer made in the present application. 4. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications while leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
