The Sub Registrar, Periyamet Sub Registrar Office, Chennai-3. ..Defendant(s) PRAYER – This Civil Suit is filed under Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C., read with Order IV of the High Court Original Side Rules, (a) to Cancel the Settlement Deed dated 11/07/2007, registered as Document No.1625/07 on the file of the Sub Registrar’s Office, Periamet, executed by the Plaintiff and 3rd defendant to an in favour of the 1st defendant as null and void and declaring that the plaintiff and his wife are the absolute owners of the plaint schedule property; (b) to declare the subsequent settlement deed dated 22.05.2013 executed by the 1st defendant to and in favour of the 2nd defendant, registered as document No.1174 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Registrar’s Office, Periamet as null and void and unenforceable in law; (c) Mandatory injunction directing the 1st and 2nd defendants, or their men, agents, or anybody acting on their behalf from residing in the plaint schedule property and causing nuisance and threat to the life on the plaintiff and his wife; (d) directing the 1st and 2nd defendants, or their men, agents, or anybody acting on their behalf from residing in the plaint schedule property till the disposal of the suit; (e) Mandatory injunction directing the 4th defendant from admitting or registering any document from encumbering or alienating the plaint schedule property by the 3rd defendant and (f) directing the defendants to pay the costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
