Judgment S.P. Garg, J. 1. The instant revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner to challenge the legality and correctness of order dated 29.09.2014 of learned Principal Judge (South-East), Family Court, Saket, New Delhi, by which the petitioner was directed to pay interim maintenance @ Rs. 6,000/- per month to the respondent. The revision petition is contested by the respondent. 2. During the course of arguments, it was agreed between both the parties without prejudice to their respective rights to modify the impugned order to the extent that interim maintenance payable by the petitioner to the respondent shall be Rs. 4,500/- per month instead of Rs. 6,000/- per month. 3. In view of the above, impugned order dated 29.09.2014 is modified to the extent that interim maintenance payable by the petitioner to the respondent till the disposal of the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. on merits shall be Rs. 4,500/- per month. Other terms and conditions of the maintenance order are left undisturbed. 4. The revision petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of. 5. Trial Court record (if any) be sent back forthwith with the copy of the order.
