Being aggrieved by the impugned judgment dated 30.01.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No. 68/2014 by the learned Additional VISHAKHA BEOHAR Digitally signed by VISHAKHA BEOHAR 2 Sessions Judge (FTC), Mahasamund, District Mahasamund, whereby respondent No. 2 has been acquitted of the charges under Sections 364 and 506 of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act. 2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant/complainant, on instructions, submits that the parties have amicably settled their dispute outside the Court and a compromise has been arrived at between them. In view of the said compromise, the appellant does not want to press the present acquittal appeal and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and in view of the compromise arrived at between them, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in the present appeal. 5.
