ORDER : 1. The suit has been placed before the Court by the learned Joint Registrar, who has recorded in the order dated 20.4.2015 that none has been appearing for the plaintiff w.e.f. 17.10.2014. Same is the position even today. 2. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that after 5.5.2014, the plaintiff and his counsel have absented themselves from the present proceedings. 3. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution, along with the pending applications.
