VENKATRAMAN, ADVOCATE (CO-MEMBER) O R D E R % 09.05.2026 Appellant Insurance Company has filed an appeal for reduction of the Award dated 22.09.2015 passed by the Learned MACT, Awarding a compensation of Rs. 19,27,008/- along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of DAR. On appeal, the Insurance Company was directed to deposit entire Awarded amount with up to date interest before the Registrar General of this Hon’ble High Court in terms of the order dated 06.11.2015 passed by this Hon’ble Court and 50% Awarded amount was directed to be released. Learned counsel for the Appellant on instructions has agreed to withdraw the appeal. In view of the above, it is directed that the balance deposited amount if any, be released to the respondent claimants, as per the This is a digitally signed order.
