SHO PS Moti Nagar is present and he submits that, in terms of directions contained in order dated 30.04.2026, now, the statements of the other family members and the LRs of deceased revisionist have been recorded and the death stands verified. 2. A comprehensive report has been brought by him which is taken on record. 3. Revisionist herein was held guilty and convicted and sentenced for offences under Section 279/304-A IPC. His appeal was also dismissed, though, sentence was modified. 4. Fact, however, remains that during the pendency of the present Revision Petition, the Revisionist has died on 10.10.2025 and in view of the death of the revisionist, nothing further survives in the matter and petition is, accordingly, disposed of, as having abated. 5. Needless to say, in view of the above, the bail bonds stand cancelled and surety is discharged. In case any FDR is lying on record of learned Trial Court, the concerned surety would be at liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Trial Court, seeking its release.
