When they both filed appeals against such conviction, such appeals were disposed of by common judgment dated 22.12.2014, and as far as the petitioner herein is concerned, he was acquitted for offence under Section 420 IPC, albeit, his conviction and sentence under Section 120B IPC was affirmed. 3. Feeling aggrieved, the present petition has been filed. This is a digitally signed order.
