Appellant has filed an appeal for enhancement of the award dated 17.01.2014 passed by the learned MACT awarding compensation of Rs.7,83,256/- along with interest @ 7.5% from the date of filing of the claim petition. 2. We find that the parties have arrived at a compromise in Pre-Sitting Lok Adalat, wherein, it is agreed that the insurance company shall pay an enhanced amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- as lump sum compensation over and above the award of the learned Tribunal to the appellant and the said compromise arrived in Pre-Sitting Lok Adalat was signed by the learned counsel for the appellant.
