The present civil revision petition has been filed against the order dated 12.02.2015 passed by the Appellate Authority, Ambala whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioner-tenant was dismissed and the order dated 13.03.2012 passed by the Rent Controller, Ambala, was upheld. 2. There is no representation on behalf of petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions from respondent, submits that the possession has already been handed over to the respondent-landlord in compliance of the order dated 02.12.2022 passed by this Court in CR-2016 of 2020, as such, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
