The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner mainly impugning the order of punishment dated 02.08.2013 (Annexure P-2), whereby his two annual grade increments with future effect have been stopped and the order dated 15.05.2015 (Annexure P-3), whereby his appeal has been rejected by the Appellate Authority. 2. The petitioner has unfortunately died during the pendency of the present petition on 07.06.2020 and the respondents-Corporation have issued order dated 22.02.2022, whereby the pending punishment has been converted to equivalent amount for recovery upto the date of death of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/LRs of the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 22.02.2022, the LRs of the petitioner are entitled for certain consequential benefits, for which they VINAY 2026.07.27 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment CWP-17874-2015 -2- shall submit a representation to respondent No.2 and the same may be considered in a time bound manner. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner/LRs of the petitioner. 5. If any such representation is submitted by the LRs of the petitioner within a period of one month from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the competent authority by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of its receipt, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to them. 6.
