Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his claim to the extent of granting back wages for the period he remained out of service on account of dismissal, for which he will submit a representation which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner after granting an effective opportunity of hearing to him, in view of the averments/submissions to be made therein as also the judgments to be appended therewith squarely covering his case, to which learned Senior Counsel has no objection.

To the above, learned Senior Counsel states that on receipt of the representation, the matter shall be holistically looked into and an earnest effort shall be made to resolve the same keeping in view the submissions that would be made in the representation and in light of the judgments that would be re- lied upon. A considered decision thereon shall be rendered in 03 months from the date of receipt of the representation after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

Disposed of accordingly.

This Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.

Upon doing so, if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
