  The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of complaint No. 2T dated 12.02.2015 titled as “Reema Rani Vs. Sandeep Gupta and others”, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 498-A, 323 and 506 IPC, 1860 (Annexure P-5) along with the summoning order dated 02.06.2016 (Annexure P-8). Learned Senior counsel submits that the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the complainant has since expired, and hence, nothing survives in the present petition. 3.
