The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of award dated 31.07.2015 passed by Permanent Lok Adalat (for short ‘PLA’), Rupnagar. 2. The petitioner preferred an application under Section 22-C of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 before PLA which vide impugned order dated 31.07.2015 not only dismissed his application but also ordered to proceed under Section 195 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already discharged his liability. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that matter has been finally settled. The Bank has already received its full and final payment. Considering the fact that dispute has been amicably settled and respondent has no objection if prayer of petitioner is allowed, order of learned PLA to the extent of initiation of proceedings under Section 195 of Cr.P.C. is hereby set aside. 6.
