By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.365/2012 registered with Police Station Aravali Vihar, Alwar for the offences under Sections 420, 365, 366 and 379 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Aravali Vihar, District Alwar submits that after investigation, the Police has submitted final report negative in the instant matter before the concerned Court and the same was accepted on 31.03.2023. Hence, under the changed (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5250/2015] circumstances, the instant criminal misc. petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
