By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.150/2012 registered with Police Station Mahila Thana, Alwar for the offences under Sections 361, 365, 366, 420, 379, 191, 192, 496, 511, 120(A), 464, 503 and 499 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Alwar submits that after investigation, the Police has submitted final report negative in the instant matter before the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.4, Alwar (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5251/2015] and the same was accepted on 21.04.2015. Hence, under the changed circumstances, the instant criminal misc. petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
