HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE SANGEETA SHARMA Order 23/02/2026 None present for the petitioners. The petitioners have preferred this criminal writ petition for issuance of directions to the official respondents to provide adequate protection and security to them on the ground that they being major, are living in the company of each other and solemnized their marriage on 07.01.2015. Marriage Certificate Annexure-3 is enclosed herewith. Further, it is contended that the private respondents are relatives of the petitioners, who are not happy with this and petitioners are facing threat to their life and liberty at their hands. The issue pertains to the year 2015. In overall consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that nobody can be permitted to take the law in their hands. Consequently, in the interest of justice, the miscellaneous petition stands disposed of with directions to the Superintendent of Police, District Alwar to ensure that no harm is caused to the life, liberty/safety and security of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents.
It is made clear that this order is not a proof of the age of the petitioners and any observation in this order shall not affect any criminal and civil proceedings initiated against the petitioners, at the instance of the private respondents/relatives. (3 of 3) [CRLW-9/2015] Accordingly, in view of the above, the petition is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stands disposed of. (SANGEETA SHARMA),J Shivani/Ekta/28
