The matter have been referred for determination to the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties have voluntarily and amicably settled the matter with their free consent, will, volition and without any undue influence or misrepresentation. The parties have amicably settled the matter. The respondent Insurance Company has given an offer of Rs. 7,20,000/- to be paid over and above the awarded amount to the claimant. This offer has been accepted by the appellant/claimant. The respondent Insurance Company Ltd. has agreed to deposit a sum of Rs. 7,20,000/- within a period of 30 days. Accordingly, the matter stands finally settled. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement as agreed. The terms and conditions of the settlement as above have been explained to the parties/counsel, which they have accepted as correct and appended their signature in evidence of the settlement. Members have also counter signed it. Copy of award be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be sent to the Registry of the Hon’ble High Court for doing the needful/consignment.
