Rajender Singh vs. H.P. State Forest Development Corporation Limited Arb. Appeal No. 9 of 2015 07.08.2026 Present: Mr. Abhijeet Singh Chauhan, Advocate, vice Mr. Paras Dhaulta, Advocate, for the appellant. Mr. Dugra Singh Kainthla, Advocate, for the respondent. OMP No. 817 of 2026 Letter sent by Divisional Manager, Forest Working Division, Mandi to Section Officer, (Judicial), O/o Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh has been treated as OMP, i.e., present OMP No. 817 of 2026. In aforesaid communication, Divisional Manager has requested the High Court to return the original record of Arbitrator to the Corporation, who is one of the parties in the arbitration proceedings. Request to return/send the aforesaid original record is made on the basis that said record has to be handed over to learned counsel representing the Corporation in the High Court. From aforesaid letter, it appears that Divisional Manager is not even having basic sense that a record of adjudicating authority cannot be handed over to the counsel representing one of the parties. In any case, in case Corporation is not having its own record files, then Corporation may obtain uncertified
copy of record from the Registry by filing an appropriate application for that. With aforesaid observations, this application is dismissed, but by taking lenient view without imposing any cost. Application stands disposed of. Arb. Appeal No. 9 of 2015 List on 21.08.2026, date already fixed.
