On 24.02.2026, the factum of death of appellants No.5 and 6 was disclosed and thereafter, number of opportunities were given to the other appellants to take appropriate steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased appellants No.5 and 6. Despite sufficient opportunities granted to appellants No.1 to 4, requisite steps have not been taken. As per the learned counsel representing appellants No.1 to 4, despite repeated correspondence made with the above appellants, necessary instructions have not been imparted. The documents, so produced, are ordered to be taken on record. Considering the said fact, this Court is left with no option, but, to dismiss the appeal, as abated. Ordered accordingly.
