Balram Singh Vs. State of HP Cr. Appeal No. 55 of 2015 22.5.2026 Present: Mr. Divya Raj Singh, Advocate, for the appellant. Mr. Lokender Kutlehhria, Additional Advocate General, for the respondent-State. Cr.MP No. 2077 of 2026 Present application has been filed for modification of the order passed by the Court. It has been submitted that the applicant/accused furnished the bail bonds to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Amb, District Una, H.P., who had accepted them, however, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Una, H.P., who had tried the matter had reported that no bail bonds have furnished. The applicant/accused has bona fidely furnished the bail bonds before learned ACJM, Court No.1, Amb, District Una, H.P., hence the application. Since the bail bonds have been furnished and accepted by a competent Court of law, therefore, it is ordered that the bail bonds, so furnished before learned ACJM, Court No.1, Amb, District Una, H.P. shall be treated to be bail bonds in compliance of the order passed by this Court.
